I just called the office and after explaining that I wanted to set up a trust to include my businesses and why to the receptionist, she got distracted then said, "I'm sorry - what did you want to do again?" She was not clarifying. She simply hadn't paid attention to my simple one sentence explanation. I said, I'm sorry. If you didn't listen the first time then you aren't the office for me. I wonder how much business they lose because of their unqualified receptionist.
