I have had the pleasure of visiting Shelly at Capristo for the last 3+ years for her expertise in waxing skills. I am a regular client for Brazilian bikini waxes. Shelly is the BEST in the biz! She makes you feel so comfortable and is the fastest! I even had her wax me when I was pregnant- all the way up until the day before I delivered my last baby! She always goes above and beyond. She doesn't miss a hair, either! I will be a loyal client to Capristo as long a Shelly works there! There has never been a time when I left there without being wowed at the results! Thanks Shelly (and Capristo!)!!

The front desk area sets the tone for your salon and they should only be concerned with providing superior customer service to your paying customer's. Without your customer's you do not have a business and I am afraid to say, I do not support any establishments that are going to treat me like I do not matter. Note to the owner, you should have a big conversation with the front desk staff of your establishment.

Chloe Williams gets an "A" from me! She knows the perfect color and cut for her client. I like the dry cut technique she uses, if you donot know what I am referring to give her a try and I am sure you will be very pleased. High end prices but well worth it!

I moved to Shadyside 2 years ago and have tried multiple salons in the area, but I really struggled to find a salon that met my expectations. The rave reviews online convinced me to try Capristo and I am so glad that I did! First off, they got me in the same day I called, a Friday afternoon, which was perfect to be ready for the weekend. My hair stylist, Matt, was an absolute genius. He took the time to really find the color that I was looking for and matched my extensions perfectly. My highlights and lowlights could not have turned out better. Also, the staff was beyond nice and professional and the decor was beautiful. I am so pleased with everything. I will definitely be returning in the future and recommend this salon to all. -Kadie
