The Attorneys of Thomas Hall & Associates, their Paralegals and staff were exceptional in helping me with my car accident to receive the compensation I truly deserve, Every time I had questions concerning my case or needed to get a status on what was happening they got back to me promptly with everything I need to know regarding my case. They kept me informed of proceedings, submitting of record documents, and called me continuously to follow up on my treatments, all the staff were always very cordial, no one seemed irritated by my asking questions and calling me back with answers. All of them were committed to resolve any questions regarding my settlement also. Shirley went above and beyond to resolve all my questions and did seem to mind at all.
