I recently found myself in a situation that needed immediate attention and Covelli employees went out of their way to fit me in, make me feel comfortable and calm me down. What wonderful people Mr. Covelli employs, they were all so gracious and understanding. I will be turning to them when anything else in my life arises.

Met with Mr Covelli and he had what sounded like great strategy in my divorce/custody case. He was never seen or heard from again. Natalie was my atty I was given poor advice and was misdirected throughout the entire process. I was told that support amount was temporary and when I asked about when and how we change it she said you can’t change them now it is permanent. Charged me for everything they possibly could charge me for. Said we would do this or that and when we went to court seemed like she was sitting on the oppositions side and pushed me to do whatever it was they wanted. Then instead of just saying I’m done representing you she goes to courthouse to ask judge to be dismissed from being my attorney. Again charging me to do that plus court prep fees to do that. She did this because I told her that I didn’t want her to do the preparations and paperwork for the other attorney it had nothing to do with me or what was expected from us. Which she agreed. Then instead of saying there is nothing more we need to do makes me pay another grand to quit representing me. Only thing this firm is good at is taking your money. Cost me thousands in fees.

Joe and his associates were kind, empathetic, and highly focused on ensuring the best outcome for me and my family during this difficult and stressful time. Mr. Covelli was personally involved in the case and the communication between him and his associates allowed things to proceed smoothly and efficiently. My email inquiries and phone calls were always responded to promptly. I felt as if I was the firm’s only client, which of course I know is not true. I will recommend this firm to my closest friends and family for any legal needs, and plan to use their services for my own potential future needs.

My family recently engaged Covelli Law to prepare our wills. I have to say that the attention provided by the attorney and legal support staff was exemplary. they covered issues we had never considered, took time to educated us and provide options, and diligently followed up with our pension and health insurance agencies to secure the appropriate documentation. I must also add that all the staff were polite, courteous, humorous, and made us feel very comfortable and welcome. I believe that customer service goes a long way, and Covelli has it.
