Very Knowledgeable and quick to respond.

Guy has always responded in a good manor with some good advice.

Took a quick consultation call for me free of charge. Answered my question well and got me exactly the information I needed. Will definitely use his services for any tax issues or questions in the future.

Emailed Mr. Wright on September 24 with a time constraint matter that needed addressed before September 30 for my husband(just received notice 23). He emailed back right away asking for more details and paperwork. I did as he asked immediately. From that moment on complete radio silence. Several emails, multiple phone calls to his office , answering service, actual receptionist all saying he would get back with us. We have yet to hear back.The last message I left with the receptionist was if he was uninterested in taking the case a simple " No thank you" would be greatly appreciated. Currently I have turned into a skeleton waiting for a call back.

Terrible. Didn't help at all. Made things much worse. 4 years and still can't get records.
