Have tried to call Attorney Craig O`Connor several times, he is never available. I have left several messages without every receiving a call back. This is both rude and unprofessional. If there is a problem, an explanation would be in order. All I am trying to do is help my daughter and my grandchildren. Not happy at all with the way things are being handled.

We were fortunate to get the recommendation for Shawn Wright from another attorney who felt Shawn could better handle our needs. We phoned Tuesday with hopes of getting a Thursday appointment since we had plans to be in North Hills that day, and live 45 minutes away. Shawn’s secretary said he was with a client and would contact us as soon as possible. He returned our call almost immediately and accommodated us with a time that didn’t conflict with our other business. Come Thursday we arrived early, Shawn greeted us at the door, and we began. All of the above was a huge convenience, but now came the real test. Would Shawn answer our questions, give us options, and begin to solve our problems? YES. Well beyond what we had hoped for. Shawn answered every question we asked, to our 100% satisfaction. Shawn, after a review of our documents and returns, gave us a number of different options, at least six, depending upon what we could afford, and when. Did he begin to solve our problems? He did, and immediately, because after making very clear our rights within the tax law, and of what the IRS can and cannot, or will not do based on our personal history, we left knowing our difficulty was not even close to as bad as we had feared, that if we followed Shawn’s advice we would soon be be back on track with the IRS, and mainly, that we had made the best choice of a tax attorney as could be.

Mr. Wright is courteous, professional and just an over all good person. If anyone's in a bind with their taxes or needing to file bankruptcy, Mr. Wright is the man to see! A+ A+ A+
