We hired Mr Sunseri to handle an "issue". The issue was time sensitive and Mr. Sunseri found the time in his busy schedule to not only quickly assess the problem but to render advice and resolve the matter well within the time we had to work with. Salah was my attorney. He was very pleasant, but the amount paid was a bit much for what was accomplished. I'm also aware that he doesn't set his price, though. He planned to help me with the last part of my case (complicated case with four major sections, but he only did the first, simplest part), but I opted to go with a different firm. Most of my interactions with Karen were between professionally unpleasant to slightly cordial. She did seem to be good at her job. I emailed, then called in regarding a bill where I was overcharged for two phone calls. It seemed like she was trying to make it out like I was lying. She asked how I would know how long the phone calls were, and I told her my phone logs the call lengths (I thought this was a common thing?). Then she said maybe there was more done than just the call, and I pointed out that both just said that they were calls with me, the client. She did fix them, though. Another day, I left a message while outside of the office to pick up what was left of my retainer because no one was in the office during business hours, and it was locked. She called me the next business day (although she mentioned that they had been working the days between). She said they had been in the office all day, asked what time I had been there (somewhat accusingly), etc. I mentioned that I had called, it rang, and the call was sent to voicemail, and she said that maybe their phone just wasn't working and further insisted that they had been there all day. When I told her the exact time I was there (thank you, Google Maps), she then said something like "Oh! I must have been at a meeting," and her tone quickly changed. She was not overly rude, but I preferred not dealing with her.

I didn't know which attorney's office to contact, so I checked out the reviews and called Gusty Sunseri & Associates. I would highly recommend to anyone! Very professional and dedicated team.
