Any time you have to call an attorney, it usually means you are not having a good day. However - despite the unfortunate circumstances that made me have to call an attorney, i am fortunate to have had the chance to work with Eric and his staff. Eric was a very nice and professional. He was good to work with, his staff was courteous and responsive. He helped us navigate our issue and get us fair resolution. Eric is the best attorney in Pittsburgh. Eric is a class act and what he promises he delivers on. I have referred several clients to Eric . Eric L Jackson is the best Lawyer in Pittsburgh! I have used his services twice now, for totally different issues and the results have been the same each time. He gets the job done without charging egregious fees. The first issue was removing an old stain from my record that should have never been there. It was removed and my life began to change for the better. Next my elderly father had a car accident in a winter storm and was demonized for his prescribed medication. Things were looking very bad for dad. Eric was kind and patient with my parents and the outcome of the case was nothing short of a miracle. I believe he is so effective because he doesn’t overwhelm himself by just taking anyones case to get the money. He cares about people and he is an honest lawyer who cares about the justice system. I wish I could give 6 stars!
