Eric Jackson Lurie is one of the best kept secrets in Pittsburgh. He is an awesome criminal attorney. We had an unfortunate incident happen in our family. My spouse ignored a citation that grew into a horrible case. Eric put all of our fears to rest. He went with us from the magistrate level all the way down to the Court of Common Pleas. He always gave us the worst case scenario. His legal secretary Sarah was there many times to dry tears. A caring attorney and a shark in the courtroom. Is he a little eccentric? Yes...but when you are that talented in the courtroom you are allowed to be. A GREAT CRIMINAL ATTORNEY!

should have done my homework before i gave him a retainer . just do some research before you give mr a lurie a dime . he did not check out online .He had little no proved trail record , no email address no real reviews , weird shared office space and a bizarre little basement office in town . he was making a case to defend me that was not going to work ! it was like i had more courtroom savvy than he did . just broke down and told family and got it all dropped with my family attorney .

Eric Jackson Lurie stands alone and above all of the others{in a difficult,piranha pit. 1.Attorney Lurie helped my teenage son during a dreadful period and won freedom,justified. 2.On four separate levels Attorney Lurie helped yours truly. 3.Finally,Eric was magnificent representing a Enzo in a painstakingly meticulous manner!

Eric was an outstanding attorney. He was recommended to me by another attorney that did not practice law in the area that I needed. He was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. His attention to detail and genuine concern for his client was apparent in all aspects my case. His determination and loyalty to his client was the deciding factor in my case and the result he returned was far better than expected. He appears to be a well respected attorney and it showed with his interaction with the judge as well as the district attorney. I highly recommend him.

Engaging an attorney can be a tense and problematic experience. Eric Jackson Lurie's knowledge, candor and demeanor removed much of the the uncertainly involved in this process. He communicated frequently throughout all stages of the process, offered easy to understand, sound advice and he was patient in answering a myriad of questions. He delivered a successful outcome in the matter, which of course, is the bottom line. I couldn't have been more pleased with his work.

Eric has represented myself and a number of my friends over the years and none of us have had a negative experience. Eric is not only an excellent attorney but he is also a wonderful person. Eric Jackson Lurie Esquire has been my attorney for a little over 4 years. He handled my divorce quickly, my deed transfer solely into my name, Child Support hearing, PFA against my ex bf, PFA my children's father put against me between me and our children, and most importantly Eric was there for me to help our family get justice for my deceased son. I was very touched how Eric did so much for me, and cared about my circumstances. He did many extra things to help me that I cannot place a monetary value on. When I needed an attorney I was very lucky to be introduced to Eric Jackson Lurie Esq. by my friend (who also had an excellent experience with Eric winning his case for him in court). I recently retained Eric for a PFA that was put against me by my ex; between me & my children (who I've had custody of for 3 yrs. & still do). It was false allegations, but Eric took the time to explain to me the process of what could happen and I knew he could help me. I felt like Eric genuinely cared about me, and he went above and beyond helping me. He thoroughly explained his agreement of his duties, and the details when I retained him before I signed the contract and paid. He asked me if I had any questions about everything he spoke with me about, and he made me feel welcomed to call him if I had any other questions that I thought of after I left his office. I had heard how well he was in court, but that did not prepare me enough for what an excellent job he actually did in court ! When it was court day I felt confident in Eric that he was going to do a good job, and I was able to be at ease. Eric did talk to me prior to court day to explain the different possibilities of the outcomes, and I valued his honesty. I was amazed at how well he cross examined opposing counsel ! We won in court! With the allegations that were against me I knew if I didn't have Eric I may not have had the same outcome. Eric met with me on a Saturday (even though it was the weekend before Christmas Eve) to give me a copy of the order to dismiss so I could get my kids back in time to enjoy the holidays with them. Eric costs a bit of money, but is worth every bit and then some. I would highly recommend Eric Jackson Lurie Esq. to anyone in need of an attorney, and have already recommended him to people. Eric helped me with many things, and I value his care, his realistic evaluation of each circumstance, and his knowledge in criminal law.

Eric Jackson Lurie was the prototype professional all the way through the process. He's not cheap and for good reason, the man gives you a realistic evaluation of your current situation and an estimation of what the expected outcome is along with a worse case senario. In my experience his estimations were correct and everything worked out for the best considering. Now he is located in two offices one downtown and one on old freeport road and I have spoken with his secretary multiple times. She's very nice in fact. There is something about Mr Lurie, he is dedicated and highly focused, in my opinion he effects the outcome with pure determination and a fighting spirit, one that estimates a proper goal and doesn't lose sight of that in the face of opposition. He's a great guy to have in your corner. Higher him, and you may just be lucky enough to get to know him, either way an outstanding attorney.

this man is not a competent attorney . i fired him the day after i paid him $600 , hes unbalanced personality wise ,he is a greedy non professional attorney ,a real fly by night operation that cant seem to return a phone call ! not an exaggeration hes says to me (dont talk on phone as its not secure ? ) 0MG is he for real? my misdemeanor case & phone is bugged ? or he just so greedy he wants me to come to his office to charge you ! he touts his high end Ross st office on a reg basis but u cant believe just how bad his weird cubical in the basement is ! its surreal, in this mostly storage and unfiished basement is only one office Mr luries 10 by 10 cubby hole thats like a dark ride in kennywood . i mean its this 8 by 6 picture window exposing his office thats just plan scary ,its like the who and GW partied all night on on bad acid ! no wonder he says by appt only for ross st . avoid this guy like the plague . i walked away from $600 the day after i hired him hes that bad
