Saying that Natalie is amazing, is selling her short.
Her attentiveness, responsiveness, and straightforward approach to your situation is hard to put into words. I faced a very serious scenario, not only did she make it possible to see my son again, but made what I felt was the impossible possible. She was very easy to work with, and very understanding.
