I could not have asked for a better legal team working on my behalf. I hired Waldman and Associates to handle my collision claim and received a settlement that was actually ten times what the insurance company offered me when I was dealing with them directly. Attorney Thomas Berret answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I received the highest settlement possible.

I was a pedestrian walking into traffic as is accepted when a motorist came up behind me and went left of center hitting and seriously injuring me. Tom visited me at AGH hospital and made several offers and recommendations before I asked him to take the case. As the case proceeded Tom kept me updated and explained everything that was happening in a way I understood. After a period of negotiations he finally convinced the Insurance Co. to settle for the maximum amount of the policy limits. Tom was always available to talk and always made me feel comfortable. I am grateful that Tom was referred to me and everything he told me was 100% true. I could not ask for more. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of legal representation.
