Nancy runs a very professional and friendly law firm. They are deep experts in the franchise arena, with decades of experience. Erin Gray, my lead attorney, was lightening fast in getting on my calendar, and we quickly walked through all the documentation I needed reviewed. She was thorough, friendly, and very capable of breaking down "legal terms" into concepts that made sense to me. The changes/edits were sent out within 24 hours every step of the way. I would highly recommend working with Luther Lanard. Nancy Lanard was direct with a simplistic solution to all our needs. We were assigned to work with Rebecca Renn who was extremely thorough in our contract review and walked us through the process of negotiations and execution. Lanard and Associates helped me review a series of employment documents including non-disclosure & non-compete agreements.
