I have worked with Michael Dolchin on several sensitive and acute matters since Fall of 2021. He has handled all of my concerns with great care and paid particular attention to my need to have a firm grasp on all legal proceedings. He is empathetic in his approach with clients. I found it exceedingly reassuring to work with him as his expertise and command of the law made me feel reassured and allowed me to make informed decisions. He is always clear that his number one priority is his client and protecting their interests. His communication is always thorough and timely. From the first initial contact to Robert, I explained my situation to him about my dad who has alzheimers and was concerned about his house. I had filed for medicaid without first consulting and never read the fine print, he was very compassionate, caring and very knowledgeable of the Elder care law, he assured me things would be ok. He made the transfer of the home very easy, He was always there to answer all my questions and concerns, I learned a very valuable lesson, before you consider filling out medicaid, or placing parents in a home please cosider consulting with Robert Slutsky, He made it very less stressful on myself and my father, I cant thank him enough,

My experience having hired (and then fired) Josh to draft a basic legal agreement. I told him I was also planning on having him draft a will for me and represent me for an injury case as well. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere on these matters. Josh seems like a great attorney (if he wants your work) and I'm not surprised by all the great reviews he has since he seems very likeable and generous with his time (at first). However, after the initial consultation Josh lacks the professionalism to tell his clients upfront when he is not interested in your work (or doesn't have time, I'm not sure which one it is). Instead of telling you he will ignore you for a week or more and hope you just go away. I would rather him just say upfront that he is not a good fit for the work than waste my time stringing me along. Seems I am not the only one with this experience either. Sort his firm's Google reviews by lowest first and you will see others complaining of the same thing. I suspect Josh did not want to do this work either or was too busy at that time (still not sure which one it is) So if it seems Josh is interested in your work and you continuously get timely responses from him after the initial consultation then I would recommend him. But as soon as it seems he is no longer interested, run for the hills because he is just going to waste your time stringing you along for months. I kept trying to be empathetic and give him another chance thinking maybe this is atypical but seems like that is his MO if he doesn't want your work. Josh - just be honest with your clients upfront and don't jerk them around. Seems like you have a very successful practice and can be a great attorney.

Josh was extremely prompt in his replies and got me an answer to my question/concerns within less than a day. Very professional and easy to speak with. Would absolutely consult with him in the future on any other matters.

Mr Rudolph was retained almost three months ago to revise a will and estate plan. There has been absolutely no response to complete this plan after four phone calls. To add insult, I can’t even get a response to have my original documents returned. Mr. Rudolph, if you can’t handle the workload, than kindly advice your clients accordingly instead of ignoring repeated telephone calls to your office. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

I found Josh Rudolph by chance simply from opening up a letter I received in the mail and he happened to be the first envelope from a bunch of law firms. Well I was lucky. He was not only amazing at his job and competent, he was comforting to me when I was stressed, he went the extra mile by even coming out to visit me as a means of support offering friendly advice. I was extremely happy with the outcome of my case as well, he got the best possible outcome for me in my DUI case, and he even had a good rapport with the judges. I recommend his services 100%.

Service is not responsive. I am a new client. I called more than a week ago, left a voice mail trying to schedule an appointment and never got a call back.
