I recommend Ms. Cappolella highly – Ms. Cappolella came highly recommended by a family friend to help in my divorce. The case had twists, both by my request and demands from my ex’s attorney. She kept me fully apprised through every step and explained everything in detail, weighing pros/cons. I was very pleased with the process and results. I have retained Ms. Cappolella for other issues including finalizing an aunt’s estate that involved numerous heirs (including two “difficult” ones). She also helped when my mother passed, guiding me through the entire process. Both estates were resolved quickly and to everyone’s satisfaction. I have consulted with her on other issues as well.
