I had the pleasure of working with Dan Sager. He was attentive, helpful, and extremely communicative. Personally, I felt as though reaching a satisfactory resolution seemed almost impossible initially; however, with Dan's counsel, I felt defended, and ultimately was able to reach an equitable agreement. I am eternally grateful for his service and I highly recommend him to anyone without reservation.

Interesting concept just not sure if it's for me.

I recently came here for a custody mediation during which my ex stood up across the table from me, banging on the table, leaning in towards me, while cursing me out on the top of his lungs. I said multiple times that I felt unsafe continuing and that it was time to go or move on to whatever step was next outside of the mediation since my ex has a criminal history of sexual assault and was becoming aggressive. I was just greeted with an empty stare, ignored, and the issues were pressed on despite his threatening aggression. My ex felt completely safe behaving in this manner since it was a small office space across from an older gentleman and felt even more secured to carry on since I had been ignored asking to leave. All while I'm pregnant. If someone says they feel unsafe and want to leave why would someone carry on?
