I received a spinal injury at work and couldn’t return for some time. My employer said I was being let go because they thought my injury didn’t occur there. Attorney Dan McCabe had them take me back, accommodate my needs to work light duty and pay my lost wages. After a necessary surgery I was not able to return to work. Dan was by my side the entire time, answering my questions, dealing with my employers, making sure I received all of my treatments and therapy. Dan made sure my employer paid for everything. Unable to return to work, Dan negotiated a settlement that met my needs and satisfaction. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know.
