Charles handled my Chester County Tax Appeal and provided a Last Will and Testament, Power of Attorney and Living Will for my wife and I. We won our tax appeal and saved over 1,000.00 in annual taxes. The appraiser that Charles recommended was excellent. Charles also reviewed the local real estate market himself. His preparation for the hearing was thorough to say the least. Charles and his staff spent significant time with my wife and I going through the Will, Living Will and POA. He provided lots of insight, explained all facets of the documents and answered all my questions. It was a truly educational eye opening experience. What impressed me the most though was the amount of time he afforded us. Most professionals I deal with want to get you in and out of their office as quickly as possible. That was not the case with Charles. I had many questions and he was willing to spend as much time as needed to make sure I was comfortable with the final versions of the documents. I highly recommend Charles Rick and plan to use him in the future.
