Dave was great. He is able to explain court procedures in laymen terms so you have a good understanding of what’s going on. He kept me informed of changes and what to expect so there were no surprises.

Gets the job done. He is the best! Used Mr. Cohen for criminal and custody case. Knows the process and how everything works. Very friendly guy and educated. Listen to him. You may think you know but you don't. Take his advice. Highly recommend if you run into any trouble.

If you are looking for a lawyer that will fight for you - I highly recommend David J Cohen, while looking for a lawyer you look for the best reviews and of course you find bad reviews. And still you feel like its still a 50/50 chance that you will find a good lawyer. I pick David Cohen because of a one star review, all of the other lawyers who received a bad review either replied snarky or didn't reply at all. But not David Cohen in defending himself he proved he was a fighter. And that is exactly what we needed. David Cohen has represented us in two cases so far (a PFA case and a Custody case), and we are very happy with the outcome of these cases. He has been there through our many questions, our fears and worries. He has been polite and professional and as long as we need a lawyer he will be our to go to lawyer. David Cohan represented my brother in a PFA case and a custody conciliation and he did an incredible job. He answered all of my brothers and our questions and concerns and was there for him and us every single step of the way.
