I actually had to defend myself pro se against her in my child custody case. She instructed my ex to do some VERY petty things to incite an emotional reaction from me (they had no case, and were looking for anything to use against me). When she showed up for court, she swapped my first and middle names on the court documents and messed up my child's birthdate by 2 years. Her only defense was "what does it matter?". She pushed an emergency contempt petition through over a trip to the circus with my daughter, and lost to me, an uneducated, under-employed, inexperienced blue collar worker because she was too lazy to check her spelling or present any evidence to support her claims. I'm glad I didn't hire her, but I can tell you if you're up against her, you probably don't need a lawyer, just spell check .
