I had a terrible experience with this law office. The amateur that took my information asked few questions and kept even fewer notes. I received a call almost a week after I was promised a call back about my case saying that because of the information I provided I meet none of the necessary criteria needed for them to take my case. When the secretary reads the information to me I realize they have a tiny fraction of what I told them and the work history I gave them etc.. When I informed them of this the reply I got was a baffled "uhhhhhhh I don't know what to tell you" as a response and then told that they will contact me in a year to update me. Also, upon my initial visit there a lawyer and a few secretaries starting gossiping about personal information of one of the lawyer's client and talking nasty about him. I could not imagine what else they talk about behind closed doors.
