I want to share an experience that I had with Ashby Law Offices whom I used for Divorce, Estate, and Last Will and Testament. This firm has very friendly and professional attorneys who can guide anyone to feeling they have made sound and satisfying decisions in their life moving forward. My now ex wife ( Thank you Megan McDonald) had filed for a divorce after I got out of hospital from having my leg amputated in 2018 and as devastating as that was I cooperated and completed what I was asked too. Right before covid hit in 2020 I asked for status of divorce and she didnt follow through filing and sent me the papers to do it( she moved to Florida with boyfriend right after she left in 2018) I contacted the prothonotary in doylestown and they wouldn't talk to me because she filed for divorce. 2021 her grandmother passed on and she came for a week for funeral and gave the papers back for her to take to prothonotary, she didn't go. 2022 I ask if it's done and she never went so I got the papers back again and was told I needed to finish it even though I didn't initiate it. I contacted Ashby Law and was given a free consult with Megan McDonald and I was so relieved she could help and knew what needed to be done. I was treated with respect and courtesy when we spoke and met which really helped in ending this ordeal. Since 2018 I've had 48 surgeries for my leg, multiple health problems and having to figure the divorce out on top of it made things stressful. I cant express my gratitude to Megan McDonald and Ashby Law staff enough for taking care of this so quickly and efficiently, hindsight i should of come to Ashby to talk with Megan when this all happened. Highly recommend Ashby Law and Megan McDonald for anyone needing legal help.

Was not ethical in the handling of my late mothers estate. Slow to respond. Poor communication. Charged more than quoted. Go find an attorney that will execute your wishes after death not find loopholes that will benefit one child over another.

I have no experience with lawyers and did some research. Came across Ashby Law offices. Megan McDonald helped me beyond my expectations and I would recommend this firm hands down. Thank you, Ashby Law!.
