Initially I was skeptical about doing mediation due to my ex-spouse's more assertive style. Cris Pastore created a process which enabled us to craft a fair and reasonable agreement that puts our children first and looks out for both of our interests also. Cris is the embodiment of professionalism and integrity, as well as kindness and patience. He facilitates a respectful experience for both parties. We are so grateful that we chose to work with him, and also that we chose mediation over litigation.

Thank you for your dedication, positive attitude, and support during a number of tough times, Cris. I am so grateful that we ended up using your services, and that even though it took a long time, and there were many difficulties to overcome, we ended up with an agreement that puts our child as well as her parents first. When I see how many tens of thousands of dollars other friends spent on their divorces and how incredibly acrimonious things can become when lawyers are not kept in check, resulting in so much more pain for parents and children alike, I am so very grateful we went with mediation - and with this team in particular!

Cris provided an excellent personal touch throughout a lengthy legal procedure. Cris was a great choice to handle my case. He was very knowledgable as well as compassionate through out our mediation process. He kept us focused and helped us work out any conflicts. The divorce mediation program handled all of our needs and Cris was there to guide us every step of the way.

Although the mediation process was a painful one, working with Cris Pastore was a solid choice in our case. He was able to mitigate some of the emotional flare ups, keep us both calm and focused and was very responsive to our needs. Although I am not 100 percent satisfied with my settlement (which is not unusual), I can live with it - and I know we saved thousands of dollars in legal fees by opting for mediation. Cris worked with us in a timely manner, allowing us to resolve our mediation and divorce within one year's time - a big help as we try to move on with our lives.

Cris seemed to me to be caring and remembered who I was and what was going on in my case. He was very informative and helpful in all my questions and I would recommend anyone who needs more legal advice in a difficult time such as divorce.

I needed Cris Pastore's mediation services in 2011. Cris was really a good mediator in walking both my spouse and I through what it would take for a successful mediation and he was immediately available when we hit bumps in the road that threatened to derail the process. He is an excellent lawyer with a wealth of experience and is able to communicate this in a no-nonsense manner that I really appreciated.
