During 2021 I provided comfort to a friend suffering from serious illness. She was hospitalized in mid-May 2021and had continuous institutional care through her passing in early September. Scott was her attorney. He provided the will executed before her illness. During her illness I had first-hand experience regarding the care that Scott and his hard-working staff provide for clients. Scott met with her in in the nursing home in early July to confirm whether she needed changes in her will. His office prepared a new will and had it executed within a few days. Following her illness I acted as her executor. I relied on Scott's staff and dependable experts that he called upon for administration. This was most appreciated as I live in another county about a 45-60 minute drive from Reading. As of this writing Scott's firm continues to provide indispensable advice and resources for my duties as executor of my friend's estate. I am a retired corporate attorney with limited experience in wills and estates. However, after relying on Scott's expertise and his office's reliability for about a year, my strong impression is of a dedicated professional with a capable staff and sincere concern for their clients. I would highly recommend using Resolution Law to handle your Probate and Estate Planning needs. When my Aunt died in March of 2020, I was named executor of her will. Since my Aunt lived in Lehigh county and I being in Berks county I needed someone familiar with Probate in both counties. Scott's firm has the knowledge. After my first meeting with Scott and Ashley I knew this firm was the right choice. They are very proactive with the process and me being a very hands-on type of guy, they kept me in the loop of every step of the process and responded to my many questions on a timely basis. My aunt's estate was somewhat large with various types of assets but Scott knew exactly how to handle each. I want to thank Ashley especially for her knowledge and help during the entire process. I would rate them 10 stars but it only goes to 5.

Attorney Scott and his paralegal, Ashley both went above and beyond in assisting me to get my deceased sister's estate in order so my wife and I could buy out her half of our apartment building. They straightened a string of procedural issues with the bank and title company and truly showed their expertise and care in both estate and real estate law. I can't thank them both enough but will be using them in the immediate future to do our estate planning.
