I would not hesitate to go too war with him, he is an excellent attorney

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Paul Missan. Initially, he quoted me one price for his services, but later, he increased the fee significantly, citing minor legal issues from 16 years ago as the reason. This abrupt change felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. His behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of showing empathy and understanding during a stressful time, he was rude and condescending. It is clear to me that he is more interested in taking advantage of his clients than providing genuine legal help. As a former prosecutor, he should know better than to exploit people in need. I strongly advise against hiring Paul Missan. In my opinion, he is not only a corrupt individual but also a con man who is more interested in lining his pockets than upholding the principles of justice. Save yourself the trouble and find a lawyer who is honest, respectful, and genuinely cares about their clients.

Great attorney. First he got in a disagreement with a rude sheriff’s deputy before the judge was seated. Then, when an assistant DA wouldn’t honor an agreement that Mr. Missan’s made with the DA, Paul ran out of the courtroom, tracked down the DA in no time (no small feat) and quickly got him in the courtroom to square it away with the Assistant DA. Keep up the good work Paul and thank you!
