This was the first great experience with any kind of court case I’ve ever had. I was so nervous, I got in a pickle and wasn’t able to get myself out of it, I got the best lawyer, well priced, really knows his way around the law books, very flexible and trustworthy which is hard to come by in a lawyer! He was confident and nonchalante in the court room, made me feel so much more confident. Court case is fine and over with and out of my hair, all thanks to Curt!

The tendency with most defendants in cases is to go with someone, that shines and has pizazz written all over there ads. Mr Barnes had a full caseload at the time I came to him and didn't have to accept my case, but he listened and believed in me, he's a fundamental lawyer that knows what he is doing and has good rapport with the people at the courthouse. My suggestion is this, he'll listen and make his determination and give it to you straight, not like the sleazy lawyers that are trying to sell you with no prior experience & selling you on the dream that you will win. Going to trial is always a 50/50 chance, but he will do his very best to represent you. Just please bring your paperwork and be organized, so he can be prepared to the fullest for your case, I wasn't organized and he still won the case for me.
