I needed help with a custody matter that had been going on for 3Y now. Sadly due to a conflict of interest he couldn’t be my lawyer. But the help and advice he gave me the time he was is beyond any experience I had with previous lawyer. I 1000000% recommend him if you need custody help.

I hired Andrea Merts for representation for a complicated case. Our case never ended up being picked up by the state attorney but Andrea helped us tremendously throughout their their investigation. I hired Mr. Polyak to represent myself in a legal matter. Upon meeting Mr. Polyak for a consultation he was very eager to learn about all aspects of the case and was very forthcoming with what he thought he was able to accomplish for my.
