Joe really cares about his clients. He goes above and beyond to ensure that your children are protected and aren’t unnecessarily brought into the court room, unlike some of the others. He is honest and upfront and really doesn’t wish for you to accrue unnecessary costs as part of his service. He is wonderful, gives me confidence, and has been very helpful in my difficult custody case.

I recommend Joe, which I never do these things. I have used other lawyers through the years even the probono and Joe is the only one to help. He is honest, generous, and does what he can. Its is hard to find a lawyer for family law that has a heart and isn't all about the money. God bless him and his. There should be more people and lawyers like him fighting in our justice systems because he truly stands for those principles.

No words will ever compare to how Joe Guillama has already made my life easier. I am currently going through a divorce. I had hired a lawyer before Joe, however, she was incapable of talking on a level of knowledge other than legal blows. First time going through anything like this, I was clueless to say the least and an absolute wreck. tough time. We had been dealing with a mother of one of my children who often had his safety in question. Joe went to fight for me for this and another court dealing. Joe knocked it out of the park both times and with such ease. You can tell he's very respected in the berks county area and knows mostly everyone in the courthouse. I am a 31 year old male who was seeking primary custodianship of my 8 year old son. The odds were already against me being that I am an active military member and the fact that I reside out of state. The child resided with his mother in Pennsylvania for the past 5 years. With that being said, Joe was upfront right away and told me this case was a long shot and there were no certainties of winning or even getting close to winning due to the circumstances of the case.
