I have been working with professionals from this firm for approximately 7 years off and on due to a nasty, what seems to never end, divorce/custody case. Atty. Zimmer has been by my side since day one and he is always helpful, to the point, knows the law and also makes great suggestions for the best plan of “attack.” The paralegals I’ve worked with are also great and super helpful, as are the people who greet you or answer the phone. I highly recommend this firm to anyone going through legal issues.

After my Father passed. I was chosen to handle his estate. Unfortunately I know nothing of those kind of affairs. Mogul, Speidel Bob & Kershner sat me down, And explained everything in terms i could understand. They also held my hand through the entire process, I would have never been able to finalize his estate with out their help. Even though this was not a big or profitable estate for them. They always made time for me. I could not been any happier with their services.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Think of the movies with the most corrupt, slimy, skeezball lawyers. That's similar to who this firm hired. Attorney Mark Zimmer did lots of disgusting things in a custody hearing, and helped a slime ball, ABUSER of a father steal custody of the kids from the mother. This father ABUSED the kids and the mother, yet he still defended him. He also works for BCCYS where I work, and has done unethical things with caseworkers to work against families. It's a shame because many good families are broken up due to this kind of behavior. After discussing this with my supervisor, it went no where. Unfortunately, this is what has come of an agency with no oversight. If you're not "in" with them, you'll get screwed.

When my ex-wife sent me notice that she was leaving the area and filing for primary custody of our son to take him with her I knew I needed a really great attorney or I would lose my son (5 yrs old at the time). She said they were known for their professionalism, excellent representation, and commitment to the kind of care and attention to details that I needed for my case. I took her advice and she couldn't have been more right. Mark Zimmer represented me in what turned into a two-year long battle that included two trials, and two appeals. Finally, in the winter of 2014, I won and it was over. I got to keep custody of my son, who is now thriving in every way. Without Mark Zimmer's representation I would surely have lost him. My wife recommended Mogel, Speidel, Bobb & Kershner to me, and now I can't recommend them highly enough to others. I am very grateful for Mark Zimmer's representation.

I've been dealing with a terribly difficult divorce and everything surrounding it. Add on top of an extremely difficult ex-wife is a terribly biased judge. Mark and his team have been exceptional in helping me manage this situation. His advice when something is worth fighting for vs when I'm going to lose no matter what has been helpful in saving me money and sanity. Mark is very good at communicating promptly and professionally, which I really appreciate. Being out of the loop can be frustrating and Mark doesn't make me feel that way. There were a few times where I wish he would have fought a little harder for a particular situation, but I trusted his experience over my passion. I'd very highly recommend Mark Zimmer. I would also like to take a moment to comment on the firm. There have been a few times when schedules conflicted and someone else from the firm stepped in when Mark was unable to represent me. I appreciated that flexibility within the firm.
