Judge McMahon is a very remarkable and respectful judge. He makes sure you really understand everything. And also goes by the book. I know there are others that I think are there for the wrong reasons, but judge McMahon is there for us. He wants to see people accelerate in life.

So it appears the court can give my info out to a list of lawyers to solicit me yet I when I call court and provide all information they ask, they can't tell me when my court day is! This is really incredible!

Complete waste of money, I had a case that should have easily been thrown out in the preliminary, and was told I had to waive my hearing because of the lack of evidence. He ignored my calls, blew off scheduled meetings for which I had already taken off work to attend, overall had the attitude that he didn’t care. Not an aggressive lawyer what so ever. Made a huge mistake having this attorney for my preliminary and ended up having to pay ANOTHER attorney to clean up his mess.
