Complete waste of money, I had a case that should have easily been thrown out in the preliminary, and was told I had to waive my hearing because of the lack of evidence. He ignored my calls, blew off scheduled meetings for which I had already taken off work to attend, overall had the attitude that he didn’t care. Not an aggressive lawyer what so ever. Made a huge mistake having this attorney for my preliminary and ended up having to pay ANOTHER attorney to clean up his mess.
