I thoughr my lawyer was very well informed about my disability case. He kept me informed of its progress an notified my as to what I need to do for my hearing as far as my medical records and to keep a list of medications and other things needed so he can prepare for my hearing.

He got myself and my son approved. I was pleased with his services. He was also compassionate and caring and i think actually teared up during my son's hearing. I consider him a friend at this point. I really feel the need though to defend him against that person Marie below. 1. I had 1500+ pages of medical records. I doubt he was complaining about 100 pages. that's nothing. 2. I bet he uses his phone two review notes and records on the fly. maybe you should have asked him? And 3. he asks questions of the people during the hearings, which is standard, so what are you talking about? he brought in me to testify at my sons hearing and also brought in a doctor. he was the one asking the questions. i don't know if he knows about your review but i'm going to point it out to him. if you only had 100 pages of medical records you prolly didnt have a good case.

I had two other claims with two other attorneys and I obviously lost both times. Third time was a charm! Staff was very helpful and he was very good at prepping me. He knows his stuff!
