I just finished a case where Mary represented my Company. In the past, she represented employees but now represents Management and Corporations. Her work in Court was meticulous and she was extremely well prepared and focused. She kept us involved in all important decisions on the case as well. A first rate and top notch lawyer.

When you find a lawyer that not only is a hard worker, actually listens to you & that you can trust, hold on to her... To be honest, I happened upon Attorney Mary Walsh Dempsey but it was the best day that my case & I needed. My workman's compensation case had a lot of twist and turns with a bit of complication added in but lets be honest, who's doesn't? Attorney Dempsey was able to keep the pace and stay on top of it with all the attorneys, doctors, depositions, & medical issues. She was very impressive from day one. I not only recommended her to my daughter when she needed an Attorney but will recommend her to anyone who has been wronged or needs an issue handled well. When you are in the right, she will do right by you every time!
