Literally the best attorney I've ever had in my life of 44 years. Went in to court for a preliminary hearing on and a simple assault and unlawful theft by taking charges. Both pretty hefty misdemeanors. I walked out from my preliminary hearing not even having to go in front of the judge whatsoever with my case dismissed for my first appearance to court! Dismissed at my preliminary hearing! And I didn't even have to leave the waiting room I was only there for a half hour tops! His law office is top of the line his team is amazing and he is by far one of the best attorneys around!!!

They are just completely rude. He doesn't answer you back, and they hang up on you when you try to call him.

The terrible reviews on here are astonishing because I thought I was the only one screwed over by him. I’m writing this years after hiring Curt for a very simple dispute case— I paid him a $5k retainer and this rock head never even filed my paperwork with the court. The one time he did show up, he brought along his two friends as a weekend getaway. I ended losing the case due to his negligence and carelessness. The best part is that I hired him because we knew each other personally and he still screwed me over. Shortly after losing, I filed a complaint with the PA bar association and they awarded me less than half my retainer back. He is out here making money by doing nothing but causing more issues. Stay away.

I would not recommend curt to no one. He never Responds to any calls. Never does what he says he’s going to. He lies about his whereabouts to have a court case continued because he was turned into the disciplinary board. Hands down the worst lawyer and public defender.

I hired him for a case my child is involved in. So far, it’s just the initial intake phone call, a few follow-up phone calls and the virtual court appearance. He didn’t pass judgment or talk down to my child. We’re very pleased with the outcome and look forward to this having a positive outcome. Mr. Mastri was polite, professional and friendly. His assistant prepped the office following COVID19 protocols and was very task oriented throughout the visit. His paralegal, Jessie, was personable and extremely efficient during all daytime phone calls. I received information in a timely manner. I even received a military discount when I mentioned I was a veteran and unfamiliar with this process; he immediately explained it in detail with timelines and multiples option including his recommendations during our free consultation phone call and review of the court papers. Definitely an excellent and stressfree transaction!
