I cannot recommend Mr. Scanlon and his firm enough! Mr. Scanlon is a highly sought attorney and yet makes you feel like you are his top priority, no matter how small or big your case. He was not only a fantastic legal representative, but he was also kind and considerate and helped my family through a strenuous time. He was great at communicating and once we hired him, all of the stress and anxiety I had been feeling was alleviated because I knew we were in great hands. He genuinely cared about us and the outcome of our case. Greatest decision we could have made!!!

I called at around 11 PM on a Sunday night to get an appointment for a consultation , expecting to have to leave a voice message. To my surprise my call was answered and I spoke directly to Mr. Scanlon. Even though you do not lawyer in my type of case, I appreciate you taking the time to speak with me , especially at this time of night.

I couldn't have enough nice things to say about Shane, if you ever find yourself in need of a criminal defense attorney he is the guy to have! He was absolutely phenomenal, we (my fiance and myself) had previous counsel before retaining shane and were told my fiance was looking at a min. 5 years in state prison if we were lucky! Shane got over 15 charges (3 which were felonies, including a felony 1 charge) dropped down to a disorderly conduct with a $100.00 fine. Shane was professional and told it like it was, he was very honest and truthful. His fees were very reasonable considering the situation and we could not have asked for a better outcome and it was solely because of Shane's work. He also provided a free consultation and in the beginning of our case, before we retained him he even did some paperwork for us completely free of charge. Shane is in my opinion the best criminal defense lawyer in the scranton/ wilkes barre area.

Even if you do everything right, on occasion, you just might need the services and expertise of an attorney who will work expeditiously towards seeing justice served on your behalf. I retain a number of attorney’s with varying specialties, in the event they are needed. But I was pleased and delighted when recently introduced to Mr. Scanlon, who I found to be bright, articulate, fair and very knowledgeable of the law in his area of expertise.
