I needed to find an out-of-state lawyer to change land ownership titles from an old deed as part of probate proceedings. Mr. Lamonica did exactly what was needed to rectify the probate, although we worked together from 2 different states, each state having different probate rules and regulations. He explained everything to me that needed to be done to finalize the probate and deed transfer. I would highly recommend his services.
