Hes very arrogant. He never answers phone calls or calls back. His assistant calls you and how can she know whats going on when he doesnt even know himself? Postpone after postpone after postpone, for what exactly? I dont know because he didnt get more information, he didnt file necessary motions, i suppose he just wanted vacation time? Retire already and save people the hassle of pleading no contest in a hearsay case when they made it very adamant they were innocent.

Please avoid this lawyer AT ALL COSTS. Rogan was completely negligent and committed a lot of legal malpractice. When asking about his fee, he asks “how much credit do you”? The question was answered and he says “okay that’s my fee”. He did approximately 10 hours of work for $30,000 when he should have done so much more for the case. I cannot stress enough that he is NOT worth it. He is a scam of lawyer that was unresponsive, never called back, consistently withheld information, and refused to look at alternative solutions. He does not fight for you. He barely did anything yet kept asking for more money. He would consistently threaten to drop the case if his plan wasn’t followed or if money could not be paid right then and there. Rogan even went on to say that he has recommended his clients in the past file bankruptcy so that the client can avoid paying the legal costs they paid via credit card. I later learned that this is considered fraud. Total malpractice. His wife is a judge so guess it’s okay if you operate within the system? A class action lawsuit is being filed, please reach out if you’d like to join.
