Being that I am a mortgage lender, I have worked with a lot of settlement/title companies in the Pittsburgh area and I can say there are none better than Three Rivers Settlement. Whether it is a purchase, refinance, reverse mortgage, etc. you will get the same level of professionalism no matter what. I especially appreciate that all of their closings are done by attorneys. This is very rare for most title companies, but not with Three Rivers. You would expect that the total cost with an attorney would be more expensive, but in my experience it has been right the opposite. Three Rivers Settlement is almost always cheaper than any other title service in the area. This is a company that I trust and you should too.

Tom represented me and did a wonderful job! Tom worked hard at getting a fair response from the insurance company,and when my elderly mother needed his services he came to her home to make it easy on her.
