I highly recommend Marty. Beyond his professional status, he is genuinely compassionate and caring. I was referred to him by my divorce attorney and hired him to represent me thru some difficult times (twice - 7 years apart) He made sure I understood the legal process as we moved forward, alleviating my worst fears and keeping me calm. He is well known and highly respected in his field and quite meticulous at what he does. His credentials speak for themselves , he is an excellent lawyer and I would use him again.

I am writing to you to let you know how much I appreciate your services. You went above and beyond any expectations that I had. You took the time to clarify and explain all court proceedings. Took time with me when you saw that I frustrated with my circumstances. You conducted yourself not only as my lawyer, but a friend. Worked with me after hours and while on vacation. Very comprehensive when I needed real help. Worked with my employer to prevent loss of job. Prepared for hearing diligently and had all charges dropped. Best lawyer I could of hired!

I came by way of Marty through a friend. A friend who also happens to be a highly respected attorney. What started out as a simple divorce, became a very complicated and highly confrontational matter. Because of the career of my ex, my divorce was literally on the local tv news and in the newspapers. Marty was skillful in navigating that added dimension to my case. In retrospect, I would not have wanted anyone else representing me other than Marty. He was tactical when needed and he also was very direct and forceful when necessary. Opposing counsel filed well over 40 motions against me (contempt of court, motions for sanctions, etc...). Marty defeated every single motion. Marty routinely steamrolled over opposing counsel in the court room. Despite opposing counsel being from a very large firm and having tremendous resources, he and my ex never stood a chance against Marty. Although my divorce was protracted (because of the other side), I ended up with a majority of the assets, full custody (I am the father) and a generous monthly child support payment. If you seek out competent counsel that is going to fight on your behalf, you really need to talk to Marty.

Marty took our retainer and told us the divorce would be done in 6 months. He had me sign the divorce decree but told me not to date it. The opposing counsel continues to ask for more and more information, but when i ask Marty for the same information regrading my soon to be ex, he has nothing. Been going on for three years and still do not have my wife's retirement statement, previous years taxes, W-2, bank account statements. Custody was changed 4 months ago and I should have a reduction in child support, but Marty has done nothing to follow up or process this. Marty seems only interested in collecting money and doing as little as possible.

He's isn't even worth 1 star. He is the worst lawyer I ever hired. He didn't even help my son in his case. All Marty did was take our money and ran with it. He knew we weren't experienced and he took our money and left my son with a felony. Marty if you're reading this you should be ashamed of yourself for doing that to a innocent 12 year old that trusted in you to help him. Please everyone what ever you DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER. I would recommend Adam Zucker

WHAT CAN I SAY EXCEPT FOR HE'S THE BEST AROUND AND IF I COULD I'D HAVE HIM FOR EVERYTHING THAT REQUIRES A LAWYER, HE SAVED MY DAUGHTER FROM BEING IN AN ABUSIVE HOUSEHOLD AND GOT CUSTODY FOR THE RIGHT PARENT. HE MADE MY LIFE WHOLE AGAIN. THANKS MARTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME THAT HE CAME THROUGH EITHER!!!!!!!!!
