I just left my final court appearance,David Leake was my attorney on a criminal aggravated assault case.he answered every question I had at any time,he would return my phone calls very fast and was very friendly to my family.long story short I walked in court expecting to do jail time and walked out with nothing,no probation,no time at ALL behind bars since day one of the case that lasted just under a year. If you choose to seek counsel you will NOT BE DISSAPOINTED..

Attorney Leake is by far the most effective and personable lawyer in the Somerset/Cambria county area in my opinion. He worked hard on my custody case and always kept in constant communication. I told him my concerns and my ideal outcome, and he made it happen, while also being realistic about other possible outcomes. I would definitely recommend attorney Leake!
