Mr. Leake is a professional, dedicated attorney with an extremely professional, dedicated staff. Every question expeditiously and accurately answered whether via phone, e-mail or in person. I hired David leak and Associates for an emergency custody hearing they had two days to file the paperwork and get a case ready and they rocked it they actually seem to listen to what their clients tell them and actually seem to care about what is right and wrong they have done an excellent job for me between David and Andrew they will now be my attorneys for anything that I need I highly recommend them for anybody who has any legal matters to get taken care of

Attorney Leake was the criminal attorney for my son. He guided us through the process, keeping us up to date as well as answering any questions . He negotiated a plea agreement that was favorable. The charges were very serious!I believe he is the best in his field! After the sentencing he had another case on the docket however he made time to call and ask if we understood the decision and i truly appreciated that.

In October, my daughter was incarcerated in Somerset County Jail for a holding violation and few outstanding warrants that she had not taken care of in Philadelphia. While in jail, she was actually referred by inmates to David Leake. Being new residents of Philadelphia and to Pennsylvania in general, and having never hired a defense attorney, we were petrified. They were efficient, always kept me in the loop and were able to resolve much more for my daughter than expected. Without him, she would still be in Somerset jail.
