Took our money. then would not respond to any calls or texts. Over 5 months lost with him sending texts stating he would get get right on it. Received paperwork back and said to sick to do anything. He is nothing but a fraud.

Definitely talks a lot of smack when you can get into a meeting with him. But will not advocate for you in court, or respond to important emials/calls unless you contact his secretary. I have at this point wiated for paperwork from him for over a month, which I have been charged for and he has ghosted me before, both times claiming it is health issues although no one can seem to reach out to his clients to tell them that before its been a month of waiting around on him...when u emailed him, if he responded it was short responses, usually just with sharp words against my opponent.

I don't know how this person has more then one star. If you do business with this person make sure you get a signed contract. Made payment's and he didn't do anything and won't give a refund and not reply to you. All he does is ask for more money. So go at your own risk. If you have had this problem with him put a post up. Let everyone know find another worthy one but still get contract.

After giving his office three checks with nothing filed. And meany attempts to get a meeting or a reply by phone calls/ emails with no return reply. I get a reply 6 months later well over statute of limitations has passed . With a total other outlook on whats was to be done. How do these people stay in business. Hope others see this before they meet my fate.

I've worked with several families in Somerset County who have been impacted by coal mining development near their properties, and Marc has been egregiously ill prepared and neglectful in all of their cases. The families have paid him thousands upon thousands of dollars, yet he has done little to nothing to move their cases along. He rarely returns phone calls, emails, or other form of contact. During depositions, he failed to properly represent his clients - he simply stood back while they were interrogated by the defense attorneys, even when Marc could have easily objected to the claims being made. In one case that lasted for over 5 years, Marc dropped the case within weeks of when the family was scheduled for trail. He cited health issues for the reason he was not able to continue, yet he continues to serve as an attorney for other clients. I highly caution against using him as an attorney.
