Mark is a very good lawyer and highly knowledgeable. He brought me to the end of my divorce and I’m completely satisfied with the result

Mark helped me during my divorce, which was not too messy but it took quite a bit of time and required work. He promptly guided me through the steps, explained the process and was very helpful, not to mention very pleasant to work with. Mark and his firm's staff worked hard to accomplish the task and constantly kept me informed; they were always available to answer questions/updates either via phone or email. I have a military background as a paralegal and worked with a lot of attorneys, my expectations were high and they were met flawlessly. Mark will be my go to lawyer from now on in my future legal matter. Thank you.

In 2009 I hired Mark to be my divorce attorney. He was paid in advance, but I thought, this is an uncomplicated case, we have no assets to divide, how hard could it be? In 2011 the two year mark passed and it was time to finalize my divorce. Mark sent me the affidavit to sign which I sent back promptly. I had never been divorced before so I thought that that was all the paperwork I needed to sign for it to be over. In 2015, a month before my wedding to my now boyfriend of 6 years, I contacted the clerk's office for a copy of my divorce decree, only to find out that it was NEVER FILED making me still married to my ex! It is now 2017 and I am still not divorced. Mark dropped the ball and now my ex is in a bad financial situation and has decided to seek financial contribution from me and will not grant me a divorce. This was not the case in 2011 when he was ordered to help me. All of this could have been avoided and finished had Mark been a competent lawyer. My advice, DO NOT HIRE this attorney.

Professional, kind, courteous. Mark Yurovsky was available when needed. He has a wonderful and knowledgeable staff. He is a great professional and good at his job.

We hired this attorney at a high cost of $300 per hour thinking he could gt the job done without delay, however instead he filed a motion against his client as a defendant. This action resulted in his client paying out even more than he originally was in his separation agreement. After collecting a steep retainer fee of $3500 he asked for another $2500 . That didnt include his traveling fee so he refused to come to court and didnt sign the appeal document furnished by domestic relations. His lack of actions costed us anoth $35000 in support payments and 8 month of delay in getting devorced. We ended up hireing another attorney and had to restart the entire process. I would NOT recommend this attorney to my enemy!

Mark...was an excellent attorney. He was very knowledgeable in the matter and kept informed as to what he was doing. I would strongly agree and recommend him in your legal matters.

After my divorce went through, i wanted to switch my lawyer. I did not like the one that i had for my divorce. I researched, and met with many lawyers. I picked Mark. I appreciate that he is knowledgeable, and tells me the truth. He does not tell me what i want to hear, he tells me what i need to hear. As of yet, Mark has won every one of my custody battles that i have had to go through. He sticks to the facts and does not get caught up in things that do not matter. I would hire him over and over again to represent me. He is a great lawyer.

Mark is a great lawyer and knows what he is doing. He has been dealing with my child support case for the past 6 months. Mark has been right on the money when it comes to what the results are going to be before and after every court hearing. I highly recommend Mark for child support cases and will write another post after my custody hearing.
