Upon being hit at a red light in my car, I went to Hoffman, Sternberg, Karpf and Lynch. The accident put me in a very bad way physically and financially. Sat down with Fred Karpf Esq, who was very helpful and reassured me that everything would be okay. Fred and his firm got me back on track efficiently and successfully! Most people complain about lawyers not getting back to them in a timely manner. This firm was totally the opposite. They kept me informed, and I was treated like family. They made things better than I would have ever imagined upon first meeting them. I would say in closing, ignore all the commercials and go to this firm! You will be gratified you did! They embrace solutions!

From start to finish Attorney Bob Lynch was easily accessible, very attentive, and helpful through the entire process. Very pleased with the outcome, would highly recommend!

My mom suffered an unfortunate fall resulting in quite a serious injury. We reached out to Mike Sternberg for assistance and could not be more pleased with the results. Called my lawyer without consent to tell him I went to them for a second opinion. Completely unprofessional when I called to address my disappointment and Lynch stated he “didn’t know me from a ham sandwich”. He didn’t seem to care when I told him about my concerns with my current attorney at the time, and told me to handle it with him. Luckily I now found the right attorneys to represent me and stopped my former lawyer use my family’s HSA account for his settlement/pocketing and misplace and lose case information repeatedly. After they stated they knew my attorney, but it wasn’t important to them that people were being mishandled or mistreated, what does that exactly say about them? Good luck to anyone who moves forward here.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring HSKL Lawyer to handle my legal matter, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. I cannot express how disappointed I am with the level of service provided by this law firm. From the very beginning, there were several red flags that indicated their lack of professionalism and competence. The lawyer assigned to my case seemed disinterested and unprepared during our initial consultation. It was clear that they hadn't thoroughly reviewed my case file and were unaware of important details. This lack of preparation continued throughout the entire process. Communication with HSKL Lawyer was another major issue. They were unresponsive to my calls and emails, leaving me in the dark and unsure of the progress of my case. I had to constantly chase them for updates, and even then, the information provided was vague and insufficient. It felt like they were just going through the motions and didn't genuinely care about my situation. Furthermore, the legal advice I received from HSKL Lawyer was questionable at best. They often provided contradictory information and seemed uncertain about the proper course of action. It was evident that they lacked the expertise and knowledge necessary to handle my case effectively. As if all these issues weren't enough, the billing process was an absolute nightmare. HSKL Lawyer charged exorbitant fees for their subpar services. They took advantage of my vulnerability and seemed more interested in milking me for money than genuinely helping me with my legal problems. In conclusion, my experience with HSKL Lawyer was nothing short of a disaster. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, questionable legal advice, and excessive fees left me feeling frustrated and utterly dissatisfied. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and look elsewhere for competent legal representation.

They nice to you at the start, but if you want to have a second opinion of another doctor.. they will press on you tremendously and even tell you that if you don't trust them, they will throw your case for nothing.. they won't work with you, not to mention explaining anything. Waste of your time and money. Will not recommend it

Shortly afterwards I contacted your firm and then met with Mr. Lynch who became my attorney. From the beginning Robert put me at ease as he explained the process that would occur and the efforts that he would he would take in obtaining a settlement for me. I am very pleased with the work and effort he put in to achieve the excellent results.
