Eric Romanowski represented me in a tenant landlord case (I was the landlord) my tenants were not the easiest to deal with and Eric made me feel comfortable the entire process. He was very easy to contact and was sharp and can be. I will continue to request Eric as to represent me going forward and highly recommend him to anyone else who needs services of this kind!

Quite simply...the absolute BEST attorney I have ever dealt with (and I've had quite a few!). This man not only knows his stuff, but knows how to get it done, at record pace, with no small talk, wasted time, or nonsense. Worth every single penny and more. Responsive, dependable, respectful (as in, no BS!), and cost-effective. If you have a real estate issue, this is THE man.

Gave an excellent talk at a recent HALO (Hazleton Area Landlords Organization) meeting on real estate agreements of sale. Very detailed and knowledgeable. His handout was very comprehensive.

I belong to an investor group Delco Property Investors, where Lee is president of the group. His presentation this evening was so helpful to many investors. He hed a group of 60 attentive for 2.5 hours on tenant collections. One thing for sure, if have a need Lee will be the man I will call.
