Quite simply...the absolute BEST attorney I have ever dealt with (and I've had quite a few!). This man not only knows his stuff, but knows how to get it done, at record pace, with no small talk, wasted time, or nonsense. Worth every single penny and more. Responsive, dependable, respectful (as in, no BS!), and cost-effective. If you have a real estate issue, this is THE man.

He also skillfully served as my agent in the eviction process. This also saved me a lot of (unpleasant work) in getting the tenants to peacefully leave. Due to his extensive contacts, Lee was able to find buyer for the house who paid me considerably more than I thought possible. Lee has a personality which fosters good communication between attorney and client. He is easy to work with.
