I have to say when we first hired Mr.Fleming he gave me hope and I was happy with everything! In the beginning he was good about answering my calls and so forth... but then he got very difficult to get in touch with and failed to keep us updated with my dads court dates, We at times had to call the court ourselves to find out times and dates! He's represented my dad for about a year now and only seen him once! ONCE! Thanks to him not meeting and preparing with my dad cost my dad to lose the case and now my dad is being deported! We had the court room full of family and all in tears and he didn't even care! He ran out the court and was no where in sight! Didn't explain nothing to us or even a simple "im sorry" ... now court is appealed and its been 2 weeks since the court hearing and guess what NO WORD FOM HIM! ive called and even texted Mr. Fleming but have no answer still til this day...
