Odds are if you are reading this review you are frantically searching for the absolute best attorney ...look no further...you found the best- Jason Dunkle. Yep, been there, done that. Dropped off our 18 year old - mature, responsible, top 10 honor graduate, hardworking son who never even had a missed homework assignment in his entire school career...and 10 days later he does something completely out of character and needs a criminal defense attorney. In all seriousness, we were scared of not only the student conduct side of the issue, but literally terrified of the criminal aspect of the issue. Jason proved to be our guiding light through this entire process. His level of professionalism could only be surpassed by his genuineness as a person. He understands the working of Title IX, and literally knows the names and roles of those involved in PSU's student conduct investigations. We found his first-hand knowledge of the process and people extremely comforting, as we had zero idea how any of this worked. Even though Jason has numerous clients I always felt like our son and his case was his number one priority- I would bet every single one of his clients would say the same thing. From providing thorough legal explanations, to answering a mother's frantic middle of the night emails, Jason was amazing.
