We trusted Denise to prepare an accurate contact for us and our surrogate. Unfortunately the contract was miswritten costing us thousands of dollars in the end. We would not recommend using her.

Having Denise Bierly support us legally was the best decision we made! She wasn't our first attorney we sought and we struck gold when we found her. She was our educator on the gestational process, our saving grace in answering all of our many questions throughout, our match maker for finding the a perfect carrier for our needs, and most of all a newly gained caring friend. We could not be more pleased to have her there the day our twins arrived. It was so reassuring knowing that she was truly there in support, love and kindness to help us celebrate; for thanks to Denise we now have our family!
