I have not a single complaint about the services provided by John Lhota and the law firm. I had approached other people but liked John best. I made an appointment with David Gaines via email. When I went to the appointment he had forgotten he scheduled an appointment with me and I seen another person at the office and gave them my information. I waited a week never heard from them. I called every week for a month, left messages and emails. No response, never called me back. Not good customer service or experience!!

John is a great lawyer. He was very patient and answered all my questions thourougly. He also made sure to take the time to explain everything to me to make sure I understood what was happening. On top of all of this he was very prompt and always polite with the replies. This really helped to make the overall experience of getting a lawyers assistance less daunting than it seems.
