Patrick made a bad situation turn into a positive one. He, and the staff at ARM Lawyers, were always kind, courteous, attentive and sensitive to my needs and concerns. My emails and calls were always answered promptly. He always kept me informed and inspired confidence. I really felt like he was in my corner. He told me what my options were and suggested what he thought was best, but also reminded me that he would stand by whatever decision I made. I am glad I followed his advice and instructions.
